WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?
We value expeditious service, however we are not Amazon. So please manage your expectations around shipping times. Thank you in advance.
Every hoodie, sweatshirt and t-shirt is hand-pressed and/or screen-printed with love and made to order. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks (business days only & excluding holidays) for processing. Once your order is processed in our facility, it is then shipped via the carrier that you select at checkout.
NOTE: Processing is distinct from shipping. Processing is performed by us. Shipping is via the carrier that you select at checkout.
NOTE: This includes the shipping options you select. For example, UPS Next Day Air® or USPS Priority Mail Express. These options pertain to shipping, not processing. Selecting Priority Express or Next Day Air does not mean that you will get your item the next day. It means that once we process your item within our processing commitment time and it is delivered to the carrier, you will receive it according to your shipping selection once it is received by the carrier.
After shipment, we no longer have control over delays as a result of the carrier. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and an email once your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided as well. At this point, you will be able to track your package.

Beginning February 20, 2023, ALL orders will be insured by Shipsurance. If your item has been marked delivered and does not show up within 30 days of delivery date, we will begin the process of filing a claim. However, it must be at least 30 days past the date marked delivered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCESS?
FUNNY ACTING BLACK GIRL™ is unable to accept returns/exchanges at this time.
Please refer to sizing charts for appropriate sizing.
Please email us at CustomerCare@FunnyActingBlackGirl within 5 business days of delivery should your item arrive damaged or defective.
Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please email us and should it be determined as such, we will authorize a return.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn/unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

As annoying as it is, this sometimes happens. It is aggravating and unfortunate. Carriers will label a package delivered, but the package doesn't actually show up until a day or two (sometimes three) later. It annoys us as well. But hold tight. Give it a few days.
Remember to monitor the status of your parcel via the "Track Your Order" feature. Funny Acting Black Girl™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package not arrive after a few days, please contact us and we will verify delivery and provide you tracking and carrier information for your personal investigation.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY, BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS THAT MY ORDER IS STILL IN YOUR WAREHOUSE. WHAT EVER DO I DO?
Order invoices are automatically printed with shipping labels. That means, when your order is printed, a tracking number is automatically and immediately generated and sent to you. The tracking will not update until the carrier has your package and has processed it on their end.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM! WHAT ARE Y'ALL DOING OVER THERE?
Whew! We are over here simply being human. Meaning there will be an occasional error. Every now and then, we send the entirely wrong order to a customer. It's a rare occurrence, but it happens. Our bad. Contact us so that we can send you what you actually ordered. Please don't dog walk us in the reviews and comments. Give grace.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Our gift cards are electronic, have no additional processing fees and boast a 3 year shelf life. After that, they expire and have no monetary value.
