WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?
We value expeditious service, however we are not Amazon. Please manage your expectations around shipping times. Thank you in advance.
Every hoodie, sweatshirt and t-shirt is made with love and made to order. Please allow 7 - 10 business days (excluding holidays) for processing. Once your order is processed in our facility, it is then shipped via the carrier that you select at checkout.
NOTE: Processing is distinct from shipping. Processing is performed by us. Shipping is via the carrier that you select at checkout.
NOTE: This includes the shipping options you select. For example, UPS Next Day Air® or USPS Priority Mail Express. These options pertain to shipping, not processing. Selecting Priority Express or Next Day Air does not mean that you will get your item the next day. It means that once we process your item within our processing commitment time and it is delivered to the carrier, you will receive it according to your shipping selection once it is received by the carrier.
After shipment, we no longer have control over delays as a result of the carrier. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and an email once your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided as well. At this point, you will be able to track your package.

Should you desire that your item be insured, please select a shipping option that comes with insurance. For example, UPS provides all packages automatically with $100 worth of liability for loss or damage. The United States Postal Service (USPS) includes insurance for the following items:
- Priority Mail Express service, which includes up to $100 insurance. (See the Note below.)
- Priority Mail service, which includes up to $50 insurance for most retail packages, and $100 insurance for most commercial packages.
- Parcel Select Ground does not offer insurance in its fees.
Filing a missing package claim is the responsibility of the customer. FUNNY ACTING BLACK GIRL® will confirm delivery to the address provided and provide carrier tracking information for your investigation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCESS?
At FUNNY ACTING BLACK GIRL®, our offerings are made to order. Thus all sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted unless there is a defect or error with the product.
Refer to sizing charts for appropriate sizing.
Should your item arrive damaged or defective, email us at CustomerCare@FunnyActingBlackGirl.com within 5 business days of delivery and should it be determined, we will authorize a return.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn/unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY, BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS THAT MY ORDER IS STILL IN YOUR WAREHOUSE. WHAT EVER DO I DO?
Order invoices are automatically printed with shipping labels. That means, when your order is printed, a tracking number is automatically and immediately generated and sent to you. The tracking will not update until the carrier has your package and has processed it on their end.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM! WHAT ARE Y'ALL DOING OVER THERE?

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Our gift cards are electronic, have no additional processing fees and boast a 3 year shelf life. After that, they expire and have no monetary value.
